The London Short Film Festival (LSFF) returns to London for the 14th year. The festival discovers new talent in filmmaking, providing a platform and meeting place for new, emerging and established filmmakers.

LSFF is a BAFTA affiliated Festival, enabling accepted filmmakers to apply for the 2017 BAFTAs.

Submissions are open to:

  • Open to short films from every genre: drama, comedy, horror & sci-fi, documentary, experimental, animation, music, viral and low-budget work.
  • Film that were completed after August 2015
  • Films must be no longer than 45 minutes

Deadlines:

  • UK Early bird deadline - Sunday 1 May: £15
  • UK Regular deadline - Sunday 31 July: £20
  • UK Late deadline - Sunday 28 August: £30
  • Lo-budget films under 5 minutes - £5 (all deadlines)
  • International submissions - £30 (all deadlines)
