NFM Academy Film and TV Bootcamp, March 2016
Join us for the fourth edition of our one-day accelerator Bootcamp, designed to help you find out more about working in film and TV production as well as how to become a trainee with NFM Academy.
Supported by Creative Skillset, NFM Academy aims to increase the North East’s crew base by identifying skills shortages and implementing training and up-skilling opportunities within production, with a particular focus on high-end drama.
With sessions on what to expect working in the industry, how to perfect your CV, and what being a freelancer means – as well as insights from an experienced industry panel giving their top tips for getting into and getting on in the industry – Bootcamp is a must.
Attendance at Bootcamp is a prerequisite for becoming an Academy trainee. Delegates must be aged 18 or over. 3rd year undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcome.
Refreshments and lunch provided.
When: Tuesday 15th March, 9.30am – 4.00pm (registration from 9.15am).
